Wedding guests enjoy hearing this – it makes them feel closer to the couple. And it belongs in a wedding ceremony – after all, this is the story you will tell your friends and loved ones, the story that will be passed down through generations of your family.
We will work together to craft just the right story to share with your wedding guests. I will also work with you to write (or choose) the marriage vows that best suit you -- both as individuals and as a couple.

First we’ll have a brief (15-20 minute) phone chat, to discuss the basics. Then we’ll have a longer meeting, in person or on Zoom, to go deeper into the details. We’ll review the general format of a wedding ceremony, and we’ll discuss the many options available for creating a ceremony that's perfect for you.

We’ll review the general format of a wedding ceremony, and we’ll discuss the many options available for creating a ceremony that's perfect for you.
Once you’ve chosen me as your officiant, we’ll sign a contract, and then the real fun begins. You'll fill out a questionnaire so I can learn more about you. You'll review my packet of helpful resources -- samples of vows, readings, rituals, and more -- to determine exactly what you’d like to include in your ceremony. And then I'll pull it all together into a script for you to review.
