What I Offer
I am organized, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and a great listener. My goal is for you to arrive at your wedding ceremony feeling confident and supported -- excited and worry-free!
As a celebrant, I honor all philosophies, beliefs, and traditions – and thus I can officiate ceremonies that are formal or informal; traditional, alternative or multicultural; secular, religious, interfaith, or spiritual-but-not-religious. Whatever suits you. I’ll provide suggestions, guidance, and perspective . . . and to do the lion’s share of the work!
I am a strong advocate for Marriage Equality and I am proud to serve LGBTQIA+ couples.
I work mostly in eastern and central Massachusetts, but will travel to wedding venues throughout New England.
Wedding Ceremony Packages
The fee for my two most popular wedding ceremony types ranges from $1000-$1500. The cost is based on the length and complexity of your ceremony, how far I will travel, and the timing of your rehearsal.
My standard wedding packages include, but are not limited to:
• Writing and officiating an original wedding ceremony with your custom love story
• Readings and unity rituals
• Full ceremony script, vow cards, reader cards & cue sheets

• Unlimited email/phone consultations
• Guidance for Marriage License

• Day-of consulting with anyone involved with your ceremony

Budget Friendly Options
QUICK PERSONALIZED WEDDING CEREMONY • If you'd prefer a just-the-basics ceremony with a little personalization and minimum fuss, I also offer quick (10 minute) ceremonies in select cities and locations, for a flat rate of $500. Please contact me to check availability!
SIMPLE MARRIAGE LICENSE SIGNING • If you truly want to "just get married," this (plus some paperwork) may be all you need. This 1-2 minute ceremony is also ideal for those who have planned a destination wedding, but prefer to take care of the legal stuff before they depart. The cost is $150-$250, depending on location. Please contact me to work out the details.
Vow Renewals
Perhaps you got married years ago, and want to renew your vows in the company of your friends and loved ones. Perhaps you got married more recently, but the circumstances didn’t allow for your ideal ceremony location or guest list. A Vow Renewal ceremony is for couples who are already legally married, but wish to have a wedding-like ceremony to celebrate their union. They involve everything listed above for my standard ceremony, except the Marriage License. Please contact me for details.
Ceremony Writing Services
I am also available to write -- but not officiate -- your ceremony. This works well if you’ve chosen someone special to officiate your ceremony, but they don’t have the inclination (or skills, perhaps) to write the ceremony itself. The process is similar to what’s listed above, and the rate is a bit lower. Please contact me for details.
Trust me, I know your best friend says they’d *love* to be your Justice of the Peace, but there is just no substitute for the quality that Kezia brings to your special day; and, besides, let your best friends enjoy your wedding day without having to stress out over the details of officiating it.
